About these terms

These terms apply to Trackable LLC ("Trackable," "we" or "us") and the person or business using our service ("you"). If you act for a business, you must have authority to act for it. Trackable is intended for adults aged 18 or older using the service for business purposes.

We make these terms available before sign-in. When you use the service after being given notice of these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. A separate written agreement with your business controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect services or continue using the workspace; contact support about exporting or deleting existing data.

Our Privacy policy explains information handling. An inbox or other third-party connection requires its own authorization; these terms alone do not grant access to your accounts.

Read our Privacy policy

The current product and preview

Trackable helps organize orders, shipments, inventory, sales, expenses and related business information. The product is currently a private preview for invited users. Features may be incomplete, change or become unavailable. Availability of a connection depends on its setup, the provider and the permissions you grant; a roadmap or demonstration is not a promise of delivery.

The demo contains sample information. Demo changes are generally stored in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared. A saved cloud workspace is separate. Keep copies of business records needed for your operations, taxes, legal obligations or accounting.

Your account and authority

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share sign-in codes, provider tokens or app passwords with other users or support. Connecting an inbox through the designated connection form is separate from sending credentials in a message.

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for having permission to provide business, customer, employee, recipient or other third-party information and for giving any notices required for your use of that information. Do not connect another person's inbox or financial account without authority.

Your authorization must remain valid while a connection is used. If your authority changes, disconnect the connection and contact support if further action is needed.

Imports and third-party services

Connected services may supply incomplete, delayed, duplicated or incorrect information. Supported inbox scans and background syncs depend on provider availability, access permissions, supported message formats and the scanner being available. Automatic sync is not a guarantee that every message will be imported or that changes appear immediately.

Review imported records against the original order, invoice, receipt or statement. Check quantities, prices, dates, sizes, cancellations, shipping status and recipient information before relying on a record. Delivery dates and map pins are estimates; maps do not provide continuous package GPS.

Provider services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or account decisions. Disconnecting a provider is different from deleting imported Trackable records; our Privacy policy explains the current controls for each connection.

Bank and card connections through Plaid are in development and are not available in the current product. Trackable does not currently initiate bank payments or money transfers. Any future financial connection will require a separate authorization flow and feature-specific disclosures.

Reports, suggestions and renewals

Reports summarize the records and filters available in your workspace. Receipt extraction, product matching, categories and optional AI assistance can produce mistakes. Review suggestions before accepting them. A business or personal classification is not a determination that an expense is deductible.

Recurring schedules and upcoming renewal estimates are planning aids. They do not confirm that a charge occurred, cancel a subscription, change a merchant agreement or prevent a renewal. Confirm dates and amounts with the merchant or financial institution.

Trackable provides organizational software and general workflow information, not accounting, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional for decisions requiring that advice. Trackable is not a substitute for your original records or official statements.

Your information and our service

You retain your rights in the information, files and other content you provide. You give Trackable permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as reasonably needed to provide the features you request, support the service and protect it, consistent with our Privacy policy and your connection permissions.

Trackable and its licensors retain rights in the application, design, software and branding. We give you a limited right to use the service for its intended purposes while these terms apply. This does not transfer ownership of the software or grant rights to another party's trademarks or content.

If you export or share a recap, report or private calendar link, check its contents and the recipients. Anyone holding a private calendar link can access the information it exposes until the link is revoked; previously downloaded copies may remain with the recipient.

Acceptable use

Do not use Trackable for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement or unauthorized surveillance. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass permissions, steal credentials, introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with other users.

Do not test systems or accounts without authorization. If you find a potential security issue, stop before accessing or modifying someone else's data and contact support@trackable.co with enough information for us to investigate. Do not include secrets or other people's personal data in the report.

Security and reporting concerns

Fees and future purchases

Signing in to the current preview or connecting a currently supported inbox does not itself create a paid Trackable subscription. These terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge or automatic renewal.

If we offer a paid feature or plan, its price, billing period, any automatic renewal, cancellation process and applicable refund terms will be disclosed before you purchase it and will require your agreement. A paid purchase may include additional terms presented at checkout. Your internet, email or other providers may charge their own fees.

Ending access and your records

You may stop using Trackable and disconnect supported connections. For account or data deletion, contact support@trackable.co. Use available exports to keep records you need. Disconnecting or removing an inbox does not delete records already imported or email held by the provider.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law or address a material violation of these terms. When practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice when practical and provide an opportunity to export available records. Retention and deletion remain subject to the Privacy policy and applicable legal requirements; suspension does not itself promise immediate deletion.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the preview is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing records, maintaining necessary backups and deciding how to use the information.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible under these terms for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant use began. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, remedy or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms requires you to indemnify Trackable for its own conduct or waives protections that applicable law makes nonwaivable. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or a class-action waiver.

Governing law and resolving concerns

Virginia law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise, and without using conflict-of-law rules to remove mandatory protections. Contact support@trackable.co first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from seeking a remedy from a court, regulator or other competent authority.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent they can fairly operate. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it on another.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes and will update the effective date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek additional agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an already arisen dispute or create a paid commitment without the purchase disclosures and agreement described above.

Questions about these terms, your account or the service can be sent to Trackable LLC at support@trackable.co.
