Essential cookies

Trackable uses first-party cookies to keep you signed in, protect authorization flows and remember authorized access to a private preview. These are functional and security cookies.

  • Sign-in session: the production __Host-trackable-session cookie supports a session of up to seven days, subject to expiry, refresh, sign-out and server-side revocation.
  • Sign-in and mailbox authorization: short-lived transaction cookies bind a login or connection attempt to the browser that started it. These generally expire after ten minutes or are cleared when the flow completes.
  • Private preview: the production __Host-trackable-preview cookie remembers successful preview access for up to seven days. The grant becomes invalid if the preview password or signing secret changes.

Production authentication cookies use HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite settings. Your browser may remove cookies earlier through its own privacy settings.

Local browser storage

Local storage keeps preferences such as light or dark mode, the selected workspace mode, navigation and panel choices. Demo orders, inventory and calendar settings may also be stored locally so the demo can work without an account.

Some presentation state lasts only for a browser session; other local preferences remain until you clear them or the app replaces them. Local demo data is separate from a cloud workspace. Avoid entering sensitive real information in a demo on a shared device.

Third-party requests

Fonts, externally hosted product images and map tiles can make requests to their providers. Those providers receive technical information such as your IP address and request details. Optional sign-in and mailbox connections also take you to the chosen provider, whose own cookie policy applies there.

The current Trackable application does not include an advertising or optional analytics cookie integration. A future optional tracking feature would need its own notice and applicable controls; this page is not consent to future tracking.

See the Privacy policy for services used to operate Trackable.

Manage or remove browser data

You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, private-preview access or inbox authorization. Clearing storage can reset preferences and remove local demo changes.

Clearing browser data does not delete your cloud workspace, revoke a connected provider’s authorization or stop a background inbox connection. Use Integrations to disconnect inboxes and contact support to request account-data deletion.
